We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our dynamic Production (Injectables) department at our Jadcherla, Telangana facility. Vacancies & Key Responsibilities:

1. Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant

• Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc
• Experience: 2-8 Years
• Focus Areas: LYO & Dry Powder Filling, Vial Sealing, Autoclave & Vial Washing, Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) Filling Operations.
• Responsibilities: Operate aseptic filling equipment, perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) operations, manage vial washing, sealing, and autoclave processes, and execute PFS filling while meticulously maintaining sterile manufacturing standards.

2. Executive / Sr. Executive

• Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 4-8 Years
• Focus Areas: LYO/Dry Powder Filling, Sealing, Autoclave & Vial Washing.
• Responsibilities: Oversee and operate automated aseptic filling lines, rigorously ensure compliance with aseptic procedures, conduct in-process quality checks, manage equipment operation, sterilization protocols, and precise weight verification.

Essential Skills for Both Roles:
Aseptic Machine Operation, CIP & SIP, Lyophilization (LYO) & Dry Powder Filling, Vial Washing & Sealing, Autoclave Operations, Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) Filling, Sterile Injectable Manufacturing, In-process Quality Checks, and experience with Cleanroom & Grade A Laminar Air Flow Operations.
