Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Quality Control, Product Development, and Research & Development departments. This role is perfectly suited for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic laboratory setting. The primary responsibility will involve conducting critical microbiological testing within our advanced Quality Control Microlab, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and supporting our ongoing innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately record, document, and analyze test results, maintaining meticulous records.
- Participate in research and development activities, including the validation of new testing methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with established quality management systems and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized laboratory workstation.
- Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental teams to achieve quality objectives and support new product development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology is mandatory.
- Experience: This position is open to recent graduates (freshers) as well as candidates possessing up to 1 year of professional experience in a laboratory or similar industrial setting.
- Skills: Candidates should possess a solid theoretical understanding of microbiological principles, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
