Meyer Organics is excited to offer an Apprentice Trainee position in our Stores department. This is an exceptional opportunity for freshers to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, inventory control, and warehousing within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, acquiring essential skills and contributing directly to the efficient operation of our material management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Trainee in Stores, you will play a crucial role in various operational aspects, including:
- Supervising the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and miscellaneous items, ensuring meticulous verification against purchase orders.
- Accurately dispensing and issuing raw materials to support production schedules.
- Monitoring and maintaining optimal temperature and relative humidity levels across all storage facilities to ensure material integrity.
- Conducting monthly physical stock verifications for all raw and packaging materials.
- Managing the proper handling, secure storage, and efficient bin allocation for newly received and approved materials.
- Verifying loose containers and accurately affixing appropriate loose pack labels.
- Ensuring the verification and timely updating of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) in alignment with our ERP system.
- Coordinating proactively with the Quality Control (QC) department for the timely approval of raw materials and facilitating the arrangement of vendor Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Verifying material retest dates and collaborating with QC for necessary sampling, analysis, and approval processes.
- Undertaking any additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s (B.Sc) or Master’s (M.Sc) degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Experience: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Fresher. No prior professional experience is required, though any academic projects or internships in a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Skills: We seek individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, a proactive and responsible attitude, effective communication skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt within a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
