We are conducting an exclusive walk-in interview for experienced M.Pharm graduates to fill critical roles within our Research & Development (R&D) and Formulation – Technology Transfer (TT) departments. Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our team, selected candidates will be involved in:
- Coordinating with Production and PPIC teams for efficient manufacturing-area allotment.
- Executing essential technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing for various formulation products.
- Providing crucial support for smooth scale-up and process transfer initiatives.
- Finalizing Process Order (PO) / Process Validation (PV) batches, including equipment selection and batch sizing.
- Thoroughly reviewing PO batch manufacturing processes and their corresponding analytical results.
- Preparing and uploading comprehensive investigation reports in the Document Management System (DMS) for Out-of-Specification (OOS) / Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, where applicable.
- Actively participating in PV batch execution processes.
- Drafting detailed investigation reports for Deviation, OOS, and OOT observations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience in Research & Development or Formulation – Technology Transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
