Role & Responsibilities:
As a Medical Representative at Akcent Health Care, you will be a crucial link between our innovative products and the healthcare community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling a diverse range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the healthcare sector.
- Providing comprehensive product knowledge and support, effectively addressing client inquiries and demonstrating product benefits.
- Strategically working towards and successfully achieving monthly sales targets.
- Ensuring extensive market coverage within your assigned territory and identifying new business growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience ranging from 0 to 5 years. While prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is considered an advantage, it is not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence effectively.
- A strong drive for sales success and the capability to promote products persuasively.
- A basic understanding of pharmacy practices is preferred.
