The Opportunity:
We are excited to announce 100 openings for Customer Support Associates to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, work-from-office position is open to individuals with 0-5 years of experience, including freshers eager to start their career. You will serve as the first point of human contact for customers, assisting with a wide range of inquiries from online shopping and purchase orders to account security and identity verification.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer requests efficiently and courteously through phone, chat, and email.
- Navigate and utilize various tools in real-time to find and provide accurate solutions.
- Support customers with identity verification and address account security concerns.
- Proactively identify and help prevent potential fraud or security issues that could impact customer experience.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist customers without relying on scripts.
- Deliver exceptional support, troubleshooting complex account and shopping-related challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (12th grade) completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working with computers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday, including rotating schedules (late night, overnight, early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime as required).
- High level of punctuality and commitment to maintaining full work shifts.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in India.
