1. Quality Control Department
We are seeking experienced individuals to strengthen our Quality Control team, ensuring the highest standards of product integrity and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Designations: Senior Officer / Executive
- Qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Sc
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and operating various laboratory instruments, including HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, D.T. Apparatus, Weighting Balances, Friability Testers, Hardness Testers, FTIR, and UV-Spectrophotometers.
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of finished products, stability testing, and supporting process validation activities.
- Participating actively in investigations related to laboratory incidents, Out of Specification (OOS) results, Out of Trend (OOT) observations, and other analytical deviations.
- Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Analytical Method Validation (AMV) and Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) protocols.
2. Production Department
Join our Production team and play a vital role in the efficient and compliant manufacturing of our pharmaceutical products, with a specialized focus on Oral Solid Dosage forms.
- Designations: Officer / Senior Officer / Operator
- Qualifications: B. Pharm / ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
- Experience Required: 1 to 5 years of experience, specifically in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Executing precise batch processes in Granulation, Compression, and Packing areas, strictly adhering to established batch records.
- Performing equipment operation and cleaning procedures in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all batch processing records and associated logs.
- Managing and ensuring compliance with line clearance activities during changeovers.
- Monitoring and ensuring that production yields consistently meet established standards.
