About the Role: Process Associate – Voice Process
We are seeking bright and driven freshers to join our vibrant team as Process Associates specializing in voice processes. In this crucial role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This position offers an excellent platform for recent graduates to cultivate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills within a leading IT services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues primarily via phone, and potentially through email or chat channels, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
- Accurately capture, update, and maintain customer information across various internal systems and databases.
- Diagnose customer problems, offer clear and actionable solutions, and efficiently escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when required.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any Arts & Science discipline is preferred.
- Graduation Year: Candidates who have successfully passed out between 2024 and 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Essential Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills are paramount for effective customer interaction and accurate documentation.
- Important Eligibility Note: Candidates holding degrees such as B.Tech, IT, MCA, or B.E. are strictly not eligible for this specific position.
