Asence Pharma Pvt Ltd, a growing and innovative pharmaceutical company specializing in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing, is expanding its team. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. We invite experienced and dynamic professionals to join us at our state-of-the-art facility in Ranoli, Vadodara.
We have immediate openings for the following positions:
1. Production Officer (API Industry)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years (API industry experience is mandatory)
- Industry Type: API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing
- Key Responsibilities: Execute production activities in adherence to GMP, SOPs, and BMR/BPR. Operate and monitor process equipment including GLR/SSR Reactants, Centrifuges, ANFD, FBD, VTD, Sparkler Filters, Milling, Sifting, and Blending equipment. Ensure continuous compliance with cGMP, EHS, and quality standards. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments. Ensure safety protocols, good housekeeping, and achievement of productivity targets.
2. Jr. Engineer – Utilities (API Industry)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Department: Engineering / Utilities
- Industry Type: Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Water Systems (CSRO/HSRO, EDI), Chiller, Boiler, Air Compressor, Nitrogen Plant. Proficiency in utility equipment operation & troubleshooting, preventive & breakdown maintenance, and knowledge of GMP, EHS & safety requirements.
- Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor all plant utility systems to ensure uninterrupted availability for manufacturing operations. Monitor equipment parameters and meticulously maintain utility logbooks. Perform or support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and EHS departments. Strictly follow applicable SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures.
3. QC Analyst / QC Instrument Analyst
- Experience:
- QC Analyst: 1 to 2 years
- QC Instrument Analyst: 3 to 4 years
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Industry Type: API / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Required Skills: Expertise in HPLC, GC, UV, IR & Wet Lab Analysis (as applicable). Strong adherence to GMP Documentation & GLP Compliance. Proficient in instrument operation & calibration. Prior experience in the API/Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.
4. Safety Officer (EHS)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical) OR B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Environmental Science) with ADIS/DIS
- Industry Type: Chemical API / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Key Responsibilities: Ensure comprehensive EHS & statutory compliance. Conduct regular safety inspections, HIRA/JSA, and thorough incident investigations. Manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and ensure PPE compliance. Conduct engaging safety training sessions and organize emergency mock drills. Support internal and external audits and maintain meticulous EHS documentation.
- Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of Factory Act & EHS regulations, PTW (Hot Work, Height Work & Confined Space), HIRA, JSA & HAZOP, Fire & Emergency Response, Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential.
