The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer for our Quality Control Analytical team in Pune Biotech. This critical role involves ensuring the quality and integrity of our pharmaceutical products through precise analytical testing and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive analytical testing of stability and finished product samples, compiling accurate reports per ALCOA principles.
- Conduct analysis of miscellaneous samples and prepare detailed reports as required.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate various analytical instruments, including Dissolution Test apparatus, UV spectrophotometers, balances, pH meters, and Sonicators.
- Enforce data integrity policies and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability of all analytical data.
- Manage and meticulously maintain stability chambers and associated tracking systems.
- Oversee the precise charging and withdrawal of stability samples as per approved protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Science (M.Sc), or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Quality Control Analytical roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and techniques.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of cGMP, GLP, ALCOA, and data integrity guidelines.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
