About the Role:
We are actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic Freshers to join our dynamic team as a Production Apprentice in our manufacturing facility located in Taloja. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about pharmaceutical production to gain practical, hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art environment. As a Production Apprentice, you will be instrumental in supporting various stages of tablet and capsule dosage form manufacturing, learning best practices under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively assist in the manufacturing processes of tablet and capsule dosage forms.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all safety guidelines to ensure a compliant and safe working environment.
- Provide essential support across different production activities, including material dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and final packing operations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed batch manufacturing records and other relevant documentation as required.
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the production area.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Position: Production (Manufacturing)
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or D.Pharm graduates.
- Experience: This position is exclusively for Freshers; no prior experience is required.
