We are actively seeking highly experienced and visionary scientific leaders to join our Synthesis R&D department as Senior or Principal Scientific Managers. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior / Principal Scientific Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary scientific interface and strategic partner for our global clientele.
- Leading and managing complex discovery chemistry programs, ensuring meticulous planning and high-quality project execution.
- Guiding and mentoring cross-functional scientific teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Presenting insightful scientific findings, project progress, and strategic updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Building and nurturing robust client relationships through effective communication, proactive collaboration, and expert problem-solving.
- Efficiently managing project resources, timelines, and operational efficiency to consistently meet and exceed objectives.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5 to 15 years of proven experience in managing discovery chemistry projects within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
- Education: Ph.D. and Post Doc in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry are essential.
- Expertise: Demonstrated strong hands-on expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, including advanced reaction design, route development, and problem-solving.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and effectively manage scientific teams and client relationships.
