We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals for a special hiring drive in Bengaluru, focused on key Biologics functions: Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and MSAT. If you have a passion for groundbreaking science and proven expertise, we invite you to meet our team.
Open Positions & Key Expertise Areas:
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Microbiology Reviewer: Expertise in pharmaceutical microbiology (MLT, Water, BET, Bioburden, Environmental Monitoring, Sterility, Media Fill) and aseptic manufacturing compliance.
- SIT: Strong investigation capabilities across QC, Drug Substance, and Drug Product for root cause analysis, CAPAs, and regulatory compliance.
- Drug Substance QA: In-process quality assurance for upstream and downstream drug substance manufacturing.
- Quality Control (QC):
- Molecular Biology: Execution of molecular biology assays (SDS-PAGE, ELISA, HCP, PAL, PCR-based HCD, CE-SDS, Mycoplasma, Western blot) for batch release and stability.
- In Process / Lab Support: Analytical testing of biosimilars using chromatographic techniques (RP-HPLC, SEC, IEX, Glycan & Peptide Mapping) and GMP-compliant lab operations.
- Bioassay: Specialization in cell-based bioassays, SPR techniques, and FACS techniques.
- Engineering:
- Team Leader – HVAC & Clean Utilities
- TM Engineering – Drug Product/Drug Substance (I&A)
- TM Engineering – DP/DS Mechanical
- Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT):
- MSAT Specialist – Drug Product
- MSAT Specialist – Upstream
- Drug Substance Manufacturing:
- Team Member – Drug Substance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Candidates should possess a Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharma in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Relevant professional experience requirements typically range from 2-12 years, with specific needs for each role:
- 2-8 years for Drug Substance Team Member.
- 5-9 years for most Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles.
- 5-12 years for Engineering Team Leader/Team Member and MSAT Specialist roles.
