Job Summary
We are excited to announce immediate openings for experienced professionals in our Packing Department at our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Formulations plant located in Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on expertise in Blister Packing operations for OSD products, with a strong commitment to cGMP and safety protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing both primary and secondary blister packing activities, ensuring seamless coordination with various cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strictly adhere to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and all company safety procedures.
- Assist in the preparation, revision, and retrieval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Packaging Records, Protocols, and reports as required.
- Execute and oversee primary blister packing operations and all associated activities.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot primary blister packing line equipment and related machinery.
- Execute and oversee secondary blister packing operations and all associated activities.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot secondary blister packing line equipment and related machinery.
- Effectively collaborate with the engineering team, Quality Assurance (QA), and other cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience within an OSD Formulation packing environment, specifically in Primary Blister and/or Secondary Blister Packing sections.
- Skills: A robust understanding of cGMP principles, exceptional attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to workplace safety. Proven ability to operate and efficiently troubleshoot packing machinery is essential.
