Opportunity:
We are seeking talented and motivated MSc Organic Chemistry professionals to join our pioneering Synthesis R&D team. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced researchers to contribute to cutting-edge projects and advance their careers within a supportive and challenging setting. We have multiple openings across various experience levels, including Trainee Research Associate, Research Associate I, and Research Associate II.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Synthesis R&D team, you will be responsible for:
- Possessing strong knowledge of organic chemical reactions and reaction mechanisms.
- Designing and performing chemical reactions and experiments on scales ranging from milligrams to grams.
- Engaging in multi-step synthesis projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality results.
- Applying various purification techniques effectively, including crystallization, column chromatography, and flash chromatography.
- Interpreting complex analytical data from instruments such as Mass Spectrometry, IR Spectroscopy, and NMR Spectroscopy to confirm compound structures and purity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Master of Science (MSc) in Organic Chemistry is essential.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in organic synthesis R&D. We welcome fresh graduates seeking their first industry role as well as experienced individuals looking for new challenges.
