About the Opportunity:
We are actively recruiting for skilled and experienced professionals to bolster our Fermentation – Production Department within our API Division at the Kakinada manufacturing location. Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be instrumental in:
- Efficiently managing and executing large-scale fermentation production processes, specifically focusing on upstream operations.
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining sophisticated fermentation equipment in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshooting process deviations, optimizing parameters, and ensuring the consistent quality and yield of fermented products.
- Strictly adhering to all cGMP regulations, quality assurance standards, and safety protocols to maintain a compliant and secure work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the fermentation unit.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s (B.Sc / B.Tech) or Master’s (M.Sc) degree in relevant fields such as Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology.
- Professional Experience: A robust background of 2 to 10 years of hands-on, relevant experience in fermentation production, particularly within an API or similar bulk drug manufacturing setting.
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in handling and operating large-scale fermentation equipment, coupled with a deep understanding of upstream fermentation processes and related technologies.
