About the Role:
As a Production Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing processes within our state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production batches, maintaining meticulous documentation, and managing operational workflows to meet our stringent quality and efficiency targets. Your leadership and attention to detail will be key to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical formulation and medical device manufacturing plant.
- Efficiently manage and execute production batches, ensuring adherence to established protocols and schedules.
- Accurately complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other essential production documentation.
- Effectively handle and coordinate production manpower, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
- Oversee the receipt and precise dispensing of raw materials and packing materials.
- Coordinate the dispatch of finished products, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Work Schedule:
- This position operates on a general shift basis, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree (UG): B.Sc in Chemistry
- Postgraduate Degree (PG): MS/M.Sc (Science) in Chemistry
