Job Title: Experienced Production Professionals – Vaccine Manufacturing (Bulk & Drug Product)

Opportunity:
We are conducting a walk-in drive for skilled professionals to enhance our Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance/DS) and Production – BFPL/Drug Product (DP) operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about vaccine, biosimilar, or injectable manufacturing to contribute to vital healthcare solutions. We welcome candidates with 1 to 9 years of experience who are eager to work in a challenging and rewarding rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens):

  • Execute manufacturing processes for biological drug substances and antigens.
  • Manage cell-culture-based bioreactor operations.
  • Oversee Master Cell Bank and Working Cell Bank maintenance.
  • Perform media preparation, filtration, and sterilization procedures.
  • Conduct upstream processing of bacterial and viral antigens.
  • Execute downstream processing of bacterial and viral antigens.
  • Actively participate in Production Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
  • Address and manage Change Controls, Deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

2. Production – Formulations / Drug Product (DP):

  • Lead and execute vaccine formulation and drug-product manufacturing activities.
  • Blending: Manage shift plans for formulation, operate autoclaves, handle blending vessels, and operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) & Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) skids, ensuring adherence to approved procedures.
  • Filling: Oversee filling shift plans, operate vacuum cleaners, manage tunnel sterilizers, and operate filling and capping machines in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Packing & Labelling: Handle vial labelling and Vaccine Vial Monitor (VVM) dot machines with integrated inspection systems, operate printers for batch coding, manage Track & Trace systems, monitor cold-room and freezer temperatures, and maintain precise production and packaging documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: M.Sc. in Life Sciences, B.Tech in Biotechnology, or B.Sc. in Biotechnology.
  • Experience: 1–9 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Preference: Candidates from vaccines, biosimilars, or injectable manufacturing backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • Shift Requirement: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
