About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D Project Management & Technology Services Trainee to join our dynamic Technical Services Department in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience who hold a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. If you’re passionate about pharmaceutical R&D project management, technology transfer, scale-up, and process optimization, this role offers extensive exposure to the complete product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support R&D project planning, tracking, and execution.
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and Engineering teams.
- Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Provide support for manufacturing trials and process activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, and records.
- Follow up on technical issues, deviations, and pending actions.
- Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Aptitude for project planning, tracking, and coordination.
- Understanding of technology transfer and scale-up processes.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing principles.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving abilities, and MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, with a strong learning agility and sense of ownership.
