The Opportunity:
We are seeking accomplished and dedicated Quality Assurance professionals to join our esteemed team at our advanced manufacturing facility. This is a significant opportunity for individuals with a profound passion for pharmaceutical quality, eager to make a substantial impact and lead critical functions within our organization. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products, processes, and systems adhere strictly to national and international regulatory guidelines, as well as our rigorous internal quality standards.
Open Positions:
We are actively recruiting for the following senior Quality Assurance roles, seeking candidates with demonstrated progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry:
- QA Head: 15 – 20 Years of relevant experience.
- QA Manager: 10 – 15 Years of relevant experience.
- Deputy Manager – QA: 7 – 10 Years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):
- Developing, implementing, and rigorously maintaining robust Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensuring steadfast compliance with national and international pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, GLP).
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and optimizing quality control processes, comprehensive documentation, internal and external audits, and thorough investigations.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure quality standards are seamlessly integrated throughout the entire product manufacturing lifecycle.
- Driving strategic initiatives for quality enhancement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates for these leadership roles should possess:
- A strong academic background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, aligning with the specified years for each position.
- In-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), relevant regulatory guidelines, and advanced quality assurance principles.
- Exceptional leadership, strong communication, and superior problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to quality management, coupled with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
