The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented M.Sc. Freshers to join our Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) within the Formulations Division. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to launch your career in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Trainee, you will be an integral part of our ADL team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques and contributing directly to the quality and development of our pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities
- Support analytical testing activities for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Assist with accurate sample preparation and laboratory analysis.
- Operate and gain practical exposure to analytical instruments, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), UV-Visible Spectrophotometry, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise laboratory documentation and records.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant safety guidelines.
- Provide essential support for ADL functions and broader formulation development projects.
- Collaborate effectively and coordinate with Research & Development (R&D) teams as required.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dedicated and aspiring M.Sc. Fresher who meets the following criteria:
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- Experience: Fresher with a strong academic foundation and keen interest in pharmaceutical analytical development.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Basic theoretical knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and standard laboratory practices.
- Excellent communication and meticulous documentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
- Immediate availability to join our team will be highly regarded.

- Shift Pattern: This role requires working in rotational shifts.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this position due to the specific requirements of the rotational shift schedule.
