About the Role:
We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Associate / Operator to join our Production team specializing in Liquid Manufacturing & Filling. This critical role involves hands-on operation and maintenance of advanced pharmaceutical equipment, ensuring the efficient and compliant production of our liquid formulations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and productivity within our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various liquid manufacturing and filling equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production cycles.
- Accurately document all batch records, production data, and operational parameters, maintaining meticulous records as per company guidelines.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times, ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain a rigorous focus on product quality, regulatory compliance, and overall plant productivity targets.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and reporting any potential hazards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in liquid manufacturing and filling operations.
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), or a Diploma with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
