Key Responsibilities (Trainee):
As a Trainee, you will gain exposure to critical aspects of pharmaceutical quality, including:
- Assisting with and learning various microbiological techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Participating in Environmental Monitoring activities within Aseptic areas.
- Supporting sterility testing protocols and execution.
- Gaining foundational knowledge and practical experience in Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET).
- Understanding and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within a regulated environment.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Eligibility: Fresh graduates from the academic years 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 are encouraged to apply.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic microbial techniques.
- Eagerness to learn and apply principles of Environmental Monitoring in Aseptic areas, sterility testing, Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), GMP, and GDP.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Availability: Must be able to work in rotational shifts. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
