We are actively seeking skilled and diligent Packing Officers and Supervisors to bolster our Production – Packing department. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Packing Officer/Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and managing all daily packing activities, strictly following Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and established packing protocols.
- Implementing line clearance, equipment cleaning, and product changeovers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively monitoring the supply, availability, and precise reconciliation of all packing materials.
- Ensuring stringent compliance with cGMP regulations, internal quality benchmarks, and meticulous documentation practices.
- Providing strong leadership and clear direction to the plant floor team, fostering an environment focused on achieving daily production targets with utmost accuracy and zero errors.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Education: A B.Pharm degree or any relevant Graduate qualification is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in packing operations within the pharmaceutical formulation industry.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive practical knowledge of cGMP, BMR/BPR, and pharmaceutical documentation standards.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record in effective team handling.
