Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
Salary: ₹3.00 – ₹4.00 LPA
About the Role:
As a Research Associate/Executive in R&D Synthesis, you will play a crucial role in our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development pipeline. This position involves hands-on laboratory work, supporting critical process development, and contributing to the successful scale-up of synthesis activities from lab to production. We are looking for an individual with a meticulous approach and a commitment to scientific excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform API synthesis and conduct a variety of laboratory experiments with precision.
- Provide essential support for process development, optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Execute chemical reactions, perform work-up procedures, purification, and comprehensive characterization of synthesized compounds.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date laboratory records and project documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all established laboratory safety guidelines.
- Foster effective coordination and collaboration with Analytical and other R&D teams to achieve project milestones.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
We are specifically looking for male candidates who bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience directly within Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Research & Development or Synthesis. A robust understanding of organic chemistry principles coupled with practical laboratory expertise is highly valued.
