The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive / Senior Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department in Visakhapatnam. This critical role will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across both our corporate and manufacturing divisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of corporate and manufacturing positions.
- Design, develop, and execute strategic talent acquisition campaigns to effectively identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, accurately assess candidate cultural and technical suitability, and provide well-informed hiring recommendations to meet established Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Ensure full compliance with all established company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Proactively collaborate with departmental hiring managers to understand current and future staffing requirements, offering expert guidance on effective interviewing strategies and candidate selection.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience within Human Resources, with a strong, proven focus on Recruitment & Selection.
- Education: An MBA or PGPD degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent relevant educational qualification.
- Core Skills: A strong foundational understanding and practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations concepts.
