About the Role:
We are actively seeking talented and motivated Production Chemists to join our manufacturing teams. In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various stages of chemical production, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining stringent quality standards, and upholding safety protocols within our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to achieve target outputs and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, batches, and operational parameters.
- Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other departments to address and resolve any production-related challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in Chemistry are highly encouraged to apply.

- Monthly Salary:
- For B.Sc. Chemistry holders: INR 19,000
- For M.Sc. Chemistry holders: INR 20,000
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage:
- Medical Insurance: INR 2 Lakhs per annum
- Personal Accidental Insurance: INR 10 Lakhs
- Life Insurance: INR 10 Lakhs
