About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Research Associate or Executive to join our R&D Synthesis department. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with practical expertise in chemical synthesis and API research to play a crucial part in our product development lifecycle. You will be actively involved in laboratory experimentation, process development, and upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and meticulously monitor laboratory-scale chemical synthesis reactions.
- Conduct comprehensive research and development activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
- Manage reaction handling and execute process development experiments efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to good laboratory practices and safe handling protocols for all chemicals.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date laboratory records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API R&D and chemical synthesis.
- Must possess practical exposure to pharmaceutical research and development environments.

Compensation:
