Walk-in Interview: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate (Analytical R&D & Process R&D)

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking dedicated professionals to support our CDMO projects, contributing to analytical development activities, and advancing process R&D initiatives. This is an exciting chance to work on challenging projects, apply your expertise, and grow with a forward-thinking company.

Analytical R&D Professional
As an Analytical R&D professional, you will be crucial in supporting analytical development activities for CDMO projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, optimizing, and validating analytical methods using advanced instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, and GC.
  • Performing method validation, verification, and technology transfer in line with ICH guidelines.
  • Conducting impurity profiling, forced degradation studies, and stability studies for APIs, intermediates, and drug substances.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining analytical protocols, reports, SOPs, specifications, and other technical documentation.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with Process R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Process R&D Professional
As a Process R&D professional, you will drive chemical process development and optimization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Independently handling and monitoring experiments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of named reactions and reaction mechanisms.
  • Utilizing spectroscopy techniques, including Proton NMR, H-N-NMR, and Mass Spectrometry, for characterization.
  • Conducting lab validation experiments and preparing comprehensive data compilation and batch/development reports.
  • Ensuring adherence to online documentation, stringent quality and safety standards, and project delivery timelines.
  • Meeting project timelines, RMC (Raw Material Consumption) targets, and quality parameters effectively.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in impurity profiling and implementing in-process controls.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in chromatographic techniques for Analytical R&D roles.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory compliance (cGM, GLP, ICH guidelines).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
