The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates and experienced professionals with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience for a range of positions within our Research & Development (R&D) and Manufacturing departments. These roles are based at our advanced facility in Shamirpet, Hyderabad. This is a prime opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
Research & Development (R&D) – Designation: Trainee / Officer / Sr. Officer
- Formulation Development:
- Participate in the development of insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, and pheromone formulations.
- Conduct formulation trials, contribute to new product development, and optimize existing processes.
- Analytical Development:
- Execute comprehensive method development and validation activities.
- Perform stability studies and analyze samples with precision.
- Prepare specifications/Standard Test Procedures (STPs) and conduct thorough product testing.
Manufacturing Plant – Production
- Supervisors:
- Oversee daily production and packaging operations.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure meticulous documentation.
- Facilitate effective coordination with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Warehouse teams.
- Machine Operators:
- Operate a variety of manufacturing and packaging equipment efficiently.
- Perform essential filling, labeling, printing, and packing activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- For R&D Roles: M. Sc. (Analytical)
- For Production Roles: B. Sc., Diploma, or I.T.I.
- Experience: Candidates should possess 0 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, or Specialty Chemicals industries. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply for Trainee designations.
