Walk-In Drive for Experienced Professionals
Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. is organizing a walk-in recruitment drive for experienced professionals to join our manufacturing facility located in Derabassi, Punjab. We are seeking talented individuals across various departments who are passionate about contributing to the pharmaceutical industry.
Available Positions & Requirements (1-8 Years Experience):

1. Quality Control Department
- Roles: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Chemistry
- Required Skills: Knowledge of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) testing, adherence to cGMP guidelines, experience in pharmaceutical quality control operations, and laboratory procedures/documentation.

2. Packing Department
- Roles: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Roles: Operator / Sr. Operator (12th / Diploma)
- Required Skills: Expertise in packing operations including blister packing, bottle packing, and secondary packaging activities. Understanding of packing equipment and line operations, with a strong ability to adhere to cGMP requirements and SOPs.

3. Production Department
- Roles: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive (B.Pharm, 2-8 Years Experience)
- Roles: Operator / Sr. Operator (10+2 / ITI, 1-8 Years Experience)
- Required Skills (Officer/Executive): Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, experience in granulation, compression, capsule filling, familiarity with production documentation, and GMP compliance.
- Required Skills (Operator/Sr. Operator): Knowledge of compression, granulation, and coating processes, ability to operate and monitor production equipment, and strict adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and GMP requirements.

4. Quality Assurance Department
- Roles: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Required Skills: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, and Computer System Validation (CSV). Understanding of pharmaceutical quality documentation and compliance is essential. Candidates with regulatory experience will be preferred.
