About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated B. Pharm or M. Pharm graduates to join our team as a Clinical Research Associate / Study Custodian. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of our clinical studies, maintaining strict compliance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with Study Coordinators for all study-specific forms and essential documentation.
- Provide comprehensive support for critical study procedures, including informed consent processes, subject check-in and check-out, drug administration, biological sampling, and safety assessments.
- Assist diligently in adverse event (AE) reporting and continuous subject well-being evaluations.
- Ensure all study activities are conducted in strict adherence to the study Protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
- Verify the proper functioning and calibration of clinical equipment before and during study operations.
- Perform centrifugation, separation, segregation, storage, and transfer of bio-samples according to established guidelines.
- Generate accurate study-specific labels as per project requirements.
- Compile and meticulously organize clinical raw data and essential documents for submission to Quality Assurance for archival.
- Ensure the proper and safe disposal of all biomedical waste.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree.
- A strong interest and genuine passion for building a career in Clinical Research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, proactive approach, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
