Open Positions:
We are actively recruiting for Officer / Senior Officer roles within Production, specifically for candidates with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Manufacturing. We are seeking expertise in the following key areas:
- Granulation
- Compression
- Coating
- Primary Packing
- Secondary Packing
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
- Execute and meticulously oversee manufacturing operations within your assigned production section.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and global regulatory standards, particularly USFDA and MHRA guidelines.
- Monitor production schedules, proactively resolve operational challenges, and consistently maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Accurately document all production activities and maintain comprehensive and compliant records.
- Contribute to fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the department.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in OSD Manufacturing.
- Regulatory Expertise: Mandatory proven working exposure to USFDA & MHRA regulatory environments.
