We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA – QMS Professional to join our robust Quality Assurance team. This is a crucial role for a detail-oriented individual passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations.
As a QA – QMS Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our adherence to global quality standards and regulatory requirements. If you possess a strong foundation in Quality Management Systems and a proactive approach to quality assurance, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all relevant processes.
- Oversee the Change Control process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved effectively.
- Lead investigations into incidents and deviations, identifying root causes and ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
- Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) system, including initiation, tracking, implementation, and verification of effectiveness.
- Execute and document Process Validation (PV) activities to ensure consistent product quality and process reliability.
- Conduct and oversee Cleaning Validation (CV) studies to ensure equipment cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a culture of quality and compliance is upheld throughout the organization.
- Prepare and review quality documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance role, with a strong focus on Quality Management Systems, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Science (B.Sc / M.Sc), Biotechnology (B.Tech / M.Tech), or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices for GMP, QMS, and validation activities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
