The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Production professionals to join our dynamic team as Compression Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in tablet and capsule manufacturing operations within an OSD environment. If you possess hands-on expertise in operating pharmaceutical compression machines and a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), we invite you to explore this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee various compression machines, including models such as CADMACH and HATA, for the efficient manufacturing of tablets and capsules.
- Execute machine setup, changeovers, and routine operational procedures with precision.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on compression equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct diligent in-process checks to monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed manufacturing documentation in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production, specifically within OSD formulations (Tablets and Capsules).
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and handling a range of compression machines.
- Strong knowledge of GMP documentation, safety practices, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform critical in-process checks and maintain meticulous records.
- Candidates must be available and eligible to attend the walk-in interview at our facility.
