The company is currently recruiting for a diverse range of positions across critical functions at its Dahej facility, including Manufacturing, Packing, Maintenance, Stores, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
Available Positions and Candidate Requirements:
Manufacturing & Packing
- Associate/Operator: Candidates should possess a 10th/12th grade education complemented by an ITI, Diploma, or D. Pharm qualification. A minimum of 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience is required in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations, such as granulation, pellet coating, and packing processes.
- Sr. Officer/Officer: For these roles, a B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree is essential, along with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in OSD manufacturing, including both primary and secondary packing operations, is a key prerequisite.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Sr. Officer/Officer: Applicants should hold a B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience. Expertise in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA), and Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) is crucial for these positions.
Quality Control (QC)
- Sr. Officer/Officer: We are seeking professionals with a B.Sc./M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm degree and 3 to 8 years of experience. Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in the analysis of solid oral samples and proven proficiency with advanced analytical instruments like HPLC and UV spectrophotometers.
Stores (Warehouse)
- Associate: Ideal candidates for this role will have an ITI or D.Pharm qualification and 4 to 10 years of experience. Essential skills include extensive experience in the Raw Material and Packing Material sections, preferably gained within a Pharma Formulation Plant setting.
Maintenance
- Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant (Plant Maintenance / HVAC): Qualifications range from a B.E (Electrical) for Officer roles to an ITI Electrical Trade for Assistant positions. Applicants should bring 2 to 12 years of experience in the maintenance of diverse manufacturing and packing process equipment, including granulation, compression, coating, Blister and Strip Machines, and powder and bulk packing lines. Familiarity with GMP documentation is also a vital requirement.
