- Qualification: ITI / AOCP

Key Job Responsibilities:
For Production Operators:
Responsibilities include executing manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs). This involves material charging, monitoring reaction progress, and operating various equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filtration units, and temperature control systems. Operators will also perform physical operations like filtration and drying, ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
For Production Executives:
Executives will be responsible for executing batch manufacturing processes with precision, preparing and reviewing Batch Production Records (BPRs), and overseeing equipment operations and raw material verification. Key tasks also include performing mass and energy balance calculations, ensuring the safe handling of hazardous raw materials, and maintaining overall GMP, safety, and process compliance.
Required Skills:
Candidates for these roles should possess expertise in API Manufacturing, Batch Production Operations, GMP Compliance, and BPR Documentation. Proficiency in handling reactors and process equipment, material charging, filtration and drying operations, chemical process safety, mass & energy balance, and hazardous material handling is essential.
