Open Positions and Requirements:

The company is looking to fill several key roles:

  • Quality Assurance & Control:
    • Quality Assurance Officer: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry with 4-8 years of experience.
    • Quality Executive / Quality Control Officer: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry with 3-8 years of experience.
    • Mandatory Requirement for all Quality roles: Chemical Plant Experience.
  • Mechanical Operations:
    • Mechanical Operations Officer: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical with 4-8 years of experience.
    • Mechanical Operations Technician: Diploma Mechanical with 3-6 years of experience.
    • Mechanical Utility Service Technician: ITI – RFM with 3-6 years of utility experience.
    • Mandatory Requirement for Mechanical Operations roles: Chemical Plant Experience (except Utility role).
  • Instrumentation & Electrical:
    • Instrumentation Operations Executive: Diploma in Instrumentation & Control with 3-6 years of chemical plant experience.
    • Electrical Operations Executive: Diploma Electrical with 3-6 years of experience.
    • Mandatory Requirement for Electrical: Supervisor License is essential.
  • Safety Officer: B.E. Chemical + PDIS with 4-8 years of experience. PDIS certification is mandatory.
  • Shift In-Charge: B.E. Chemical with 3-6 years of chemical plant experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates should possess specific expertise related to their functional areas:

  • Quality: Strong understanding of chemical plant quality systems, analytical testing, documentation, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Mechanical: Experience in plant equipment maintenance and operation, troubleshooting of rotating and static equipment, and knowledge of utility systems and preventive maintenance.
  • Instrumentation & Electrical: Proficiency in plant instrumentation and control systems, electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, and adherence to industrial safety practices.
  • Safety: In-depth knowledge of process safety management, regulatory compliance, EHS practices, with mandatory PDIS certification.
  • Production (Shift In-Charge): Proven experience in chemical plant operations management, production supervision, team handling, and a focus on process monitoring and operational excellence.

Key Eligibility Criteria:

  • Prior experience in Chemical Plant Operations is highly preferred.
  • Candidates must possess the relevant educational qualifications as specified for each role.
  • Mandatory certifications, such as PDIS for Safety Officers and Supervisor License for Electrical Executives, must be available.
  • Individuals with a background in the manufacturing and process industry will be given preference.
