Open Positions & Eligibility
The company is recruiting for the following roles across its Production and Maintenance departments:
1. Production Department (Officer / Sr. Officer)
- Packing Sub-section:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years.
- Requirements: Candidates must have hands-on experience in primary and secondary packing operations. Knowledge of systems such as PAS|X, e-Log, track and trace functionalities, and e-BMR is essential.
- Manufacturing / QMS Sub-section:
- Experience: 4 to 8 years.
- Requirements: A strong background in OSD manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, and capsule filling. Proficiency with PAS|X and SCADA systems is required. Experience in equipment qualification and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation (PAS|X, QMS, TRIMS) is vital. Candidates should also demonstrate strong capabilities in production planning, inventory control, and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and relevant AI tools.
- Educational Qualification for Production Roles: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MBA.
2. Maintenance Department (Officer / Sr. Officer)
- Experience: 4 to 8 years.
- Requirements: Applicants should possess extensive experience in mechanical and electrical preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, and e-Log systems is necessary, with experience in handling software breakdowns being an added advantage. Expertise in managing breakdowns of utility equipment, including ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, dehumidifiers, and humidifier AHUs is also required.
- Educational Qualification for Maintenance Roles: BE / DEE (Electrical / Mechanical).
