The walk-in drive is open to candidates with qualifications ranging from 10th pass, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BCA, B.E., and M.Tech, with experience levels from 0 to 30 years.
- Maintenance (Plant): Roles for Assistant/Sr. Officer/Officer (B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical) and Maintenance Technician/Fitter/Electrical/Mechanical (ITI/Diploma). Experience: 2-10 years. Key skills include preventive and breakdown maintenance, plant equipment troubleshooting, documentation, spare parts management, and condition monitoring. Exposure to audits is also valuable.
- Stores (Warehouse): Positions for Officer/Associate/Operator (Any Graduate/ITI/Diploma/D.Pharm). Experience: 4-10 years. Responsibilities involve raw material, packing material, and finished goods handling, with a focus on pharma formulation warehouse operations.
- Information Technology: Hiring Officer/Executive (BCA, MCA, B.E. in IT/Instrumentation). Experience: 2-10 years. Candidates should possess skills in Active Directory administration, LAN support, data backup, server and network management, and knowledge of CCTV, GPS, security systems, and QMS activities.
- Manufacturing / Packing: Roles for Associate/Operator (10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm). Experience: 2-10 years. Desired experience includes OSD manufacturing operations like granulation, pellet coating, compression, tablet coating, capsule filling, blister packing, sachet filling, and secondary packing.
- Quality Control: Positions for Sr. Officer/Officer (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm). Experience: 3-30 years. Expertise is required in solid oral dosage formulation (OSD), instrumentation analysis, in-process and stability testing, analytical method validation, PMQC, and dissolution testing.
- Quality Assurance: Seeking Sr. Officer/Officer (B.Pharm/M.Pharm). Experience: 3-5 years. Key areas include validation and qualification activities, deviation handling, DRA, investigation, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ), and experience in a USFDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
