Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Executives or Officers to join our Injectable manufacturing unit. This is an urgent hiring drive for professionals with a strong background in analytical chemistry and a proven track record in pharmaceutical quality control. The successful candidates will be responsible for critical analytical testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards for our injectable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis on a diverse range of samples, including Raw Materials, In-Process (IP) materials, Finished Products (FP), and Stability Samples.
- Execute and interpret Method Validation studies to ensure the accuracy, precision, and robustness of analytical procedures.
- Conduct System Suitability assessments to verify the operational performance of analytical equipment before sample analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) across all laboratory activities and documentation.
- Safely operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot various Quality Control Laboratory instruments, ensuring their optimal functionality and data integrity.
- Accurately record and document all analytical results, observations, and findings in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s (B.Sc) or Master’s (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry is essential.
- Professional Experience: Candidates must possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control department, ideally within an Injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Core Skills: Mandatory hands-on experience with HPLC analysis is a critical requirement for this role. A solid understanding of pharmaceutical analytical techniques, data interpretation, and quality management systems is also expected.
