Key Responsibilities:
As an API Production Professional, you will be instrumental in the manufacturing process of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring various production equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, and other process machinery.
- Maintaining stringent cleanroom standards and ensuring all operations adhere to sterile and controlled environments.
- Executing manufacturing processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adhering to and upholding all Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations and safety protocols to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating complex problems to relevant departments.
- Documenting all production activities accurately and thoroughly.
What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications & Experience):
We seek motivated individuals who possess a strong foundation in chemical science or engineering, coupled with hands-on experience in API production.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in API Production within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in handling and operating reactors, centrifuges, and cleanroom equipment.
- Demonstrable solid knowledge and practical application of cGMP regulations.
- Familiarity with and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the API manufacturing sector.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
