Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing (Experienced):
Responsibilities include performing sterile and aseptic manufacturing operations, executing tasks related to filling, sealing, filtration, and batch manufacturing. Candidates will operate specialized equipment such as autoclaves, isolators, and terminal sterilization units, handle packing and visual inspection processes, and operate machines like Brevetti (AVI) and bag pouching machines. A critical aspect of the role is ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines, alongside maintaining meticulous manufacturing records and production documentation.
Apprentice (Freshers):

Required Skills and Preferred Manufacturing Line Experience
Candidates should possess skills in sterile and aseptic processing, injectable manufacturing, filling operations, sealing, filtration, batch manufacturing, autoclave operation, isolator operation, terminal sterilization, packing, visual inspection, and familiarity with specific machinery like Brevetti (AVI) and bag pouching machines. Preferred experience on manufacturing lines includes Vials, Bags, Pre-filled Syringes (PFS), Lyophilization (LYO), Cartridges, and Filling Machines equipped with Isolator technology.
