Detailed Job Requirements:
1. Injectable Manufacturing
This department is crucial for the precise and sterile production of injectable pharmaceuticals. We are looking for dedicated professionals to oversee and execute various manufacturing processes.
- Designations: Assistant, Associate, Supervisor, Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Qualifications: Candidates should hold a B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience Required: A minimum of 2 to 12 years of relevant experience is essential.
- Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience in Sterile, Parenteral, or Aseptic filling techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency with injectable manufacturing lines, including Aseptic Filling, Vial, and Aseptic Bag systems.
- Strong understanding and application of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ALCOA principles.
2. Injectable Packing
Our packing department ensures the integrity and presentation of our injectable products. We seek individuals skilled in operating and managing modern packing lines.
- Designations: Packing Operator (Assistant/Associate), Supervisor (Officer/Senior Officer)
- Qualifications: Acceptable qualifications include B.Sc, Diploma, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience Required: Ideal candidates will have 2 to 6 years of experience in injectable packing.
- Key Skills & Experience:
- Direct experience with advanced packing machinery such as Cartonators, Labelling machines, and Track & Trace systems.
- Expertise in visual inspection processes and efficient execution of packing line operations.
3. Project & Engineering
The Project & Engineering team is vital for maintaining and developing our state-of-the-art injectable facility. We require technically sound professionals to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Designations: Assistant, Associate, Supervisor (Officer/Senior Officer)
- Qualifications: Applicants should possess a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree.
- Experience Required: We are looking for professionals with 2 to 8 years of experience in relevant engineering fields.
- Key Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in injectable plant maintenance, including expertise in Electrical systems, HVAC, Water System/Utility management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance, utility operations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and safety practices.
- Proficiency in engineering documentation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in shifts.
