Job Title: Dy. Manager to Sr. Manager – Quality Control (QC)

About the Opportunity:
Are you a seasoned Quality Control professional ready for a leadership role within a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment? Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly experienced and dedicated individuals to join our Quality Control (QC) team. This pivotal opportunity, based in Dahej SEZ-II, Bharuch, Gujarat, offers the chance to drive quality excellence and ensure stringent regulatory compliance across our API manufacturing processes. We seek candidates demonstrating robust analytical expertise, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QC laboratory operations and analytical testing.
- Oversee in-process and finished product analysis, ensuring specifications are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GLP, and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Manage analytical method development, validation, and equipment qualification/maintenance.
- Lead thorough investigations into Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and deviation incidents.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive review of Certificates of Analysis (COA) and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure robust readiness for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Provide exceptional team leadership, mentorship, and professional development for QC personnel.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A minimum of M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in Quality Control within the Pharmaceutical or API Manufacturing industry is essential.
- Industry: Proven background in Pharmaceutical / API Manufacturing.
