Open Positions and Requirements:
Opportunities are available across three critical departments, each with specific qualification and experience criteria:
- Analytical Research & Development (ARD/ADL): Ideal candidates will possess an M.Sc. or Ph.D. with 2-5 years of experience. Key responsibilities include performing routine analytical testing for oncology API products, operating advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and standard wet chemistry equipment. Professionals will also be involved in the development and validation of analytical methods, preparing comprehensive analytical reports and technical documentation, and ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Chemical Research & Development (CRD): This department seeks M.Sc. or Ph.D. qualified professionals with 1-6 years of experience. Responsibilities for these roles encompass API synthesis for oncology molecules, managing synthesis activities within isolator systems, and contributing to process development and optimization. Additionally, individuals will support technology transfer activities and prepare detailed technical documentation and experimental records.
- Quality Control (QC): Candidates for Quality Control positions should hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry with 1-12 years of experience. The role requires performing analysis using a variety of instruments, including UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, and Malvern. Operating and calibrating HPLC systems, preparing analytical worksheets, specifications, and Method of Analysis (MOA) documents, and handling Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and laboratory compliance activities are also core duties.
Essential Skills and Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have relevant API pharmaceutical industry experience, with an oncology background being mandatory for ARD/ADL and CRD positions. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience directly applicable to their chosen department. As per the official notification, male candidates are preferred for these openings.
