About the Role:
We are actively seeking skilled and committed professionals to join our Chemical Synthesis Plant. This is a prime opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of practical experience in API manufacturing, bulk drug production, custom synthesis, or broader chemical manufacturing operations. The role requires a willingness to work in rotational shifts and a strong commitment to adhering to rigorous quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical synthesis operations essential for API and bulk drug manufacturing.
- Execute all production activities precisely according to established batch manufacturing procedures.
- Safely operate and continuously monitor various process equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate production records and associated documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with both production and quality assurance teams to facilitate seamless manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- API Manufacturing
- Bulk Drug Manufacturing
- Custom Synthesis
- Chemical Process Operations or similar fields.
- Shift Requirement: Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Chemical Synthesis techniques.
- Strong understanding of API and Bulk Drug Manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Custom Synthesis principles.
- Demonstrated adherence to GMP Compliance.
- Capability in Production Documentation and meticulous record-keeping.
- Experience with various Process Operations.
- Commitment to stringent Safety and Quality Practices.
- Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills.
