About the Role:
We are actively seeking motivated individuals for the role of Skillful Manufacturing Trainee (SMT) in our Production Department. As an SMT, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, responsible for assisting in various production activities to ensure efficient and quality output in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to build a strong foundation and gain valuable experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Intermediate (MPC/BIPC/CEC/HEC/MEC/MLT with Bridge Course) OR Any Degree (candidates who are pursuing or have not completed their degree are also eligible).
- Age: 18 to 30 years.
- Gender: This opening is specifically for Male candidates.
- Department: Production.
- Service Commitment: Candidates should be willing to commit to the company for a minimum of 3 years.
Salary & Benefits:
- Compensation: CTC of ₹2.55 Lakhs per annum.
- Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
