About the Opportunity:
We are conducting an urgent walk-in recruitment drive to fill 100 positions for Production Operatives (SMT) at our state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for freshers to launch their careers in the dynamic pharmaceutical industry. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and become an integral part of our Production department, contributing directly to our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various production tasks under supervision.
- Learning and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Supporting the efficient flow of daily production operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
We encourage motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to apply:
- Qualification: Intermediate (MPC/BIPC/CEC/HEC/MEC/MLT with Bridge Course) OR any Degree (candidates who are pursuing or have not completed their degree are also eligible).
- Age: Must be between 18 and 30 years.
- Gender: This recruitment is open to Male candidates only.
- Commitment: Willingness to work with the company for a minimum duration of 3 years.
