Current Vacancies:
The drive is focused on recruiting for the following key areas:
1. Production – API / Sterile
- Qualification: Candidates with an Intermediate qualification, B.Pharmacy, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Chemistry are eligible.
- Mandatory Stream: A strong academic background in Chemistry is essential for all production roles.
- Experience: This category welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced professionals with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Skills: Ideal candidates will possess experience in API manufacturing operations, exposure to sterile manufacturing environments, a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation, and hands-on experience with process operations and equipment handling.
2. Quality Control / Microbiology
- Qualification: Applicants should hold a B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharmacy degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Microbiology is required.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) is crucial. Experience with stability studies, Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA), wet analysis, and microbiology testing is also highly valued.
- Preferred Skills: Candidates demonstrating expertise in HPLC and GC analysis, conducting stability studies, managing Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) processes, performing wet laboratory testing, and possessing strong microbiology testing and documentation skills will be given preference.
